From the flames of the underworld comes a spicy, smokey recipe for the perfect pork ribs, cooked over hellish hot embers.

Method:

  • Preheat your Kasai Grill for indirect heat (around 150°C).
  • Remove the membrane from the ribs and season both sides generously with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne.
  • Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and vinegar to make your Demon Glaze.
  • Place on the grill and cook low and slow for 1 hour, brushing with water or apple juice occasionally.
  • Brush over the ribs and grill for another 20–30 minutes until sticky, dark, and terrifyingly tender.
  • Serve with a pile of napkins and a wicked grin.
